I am most definitely not against DW filling his boots up at all..
I just dont agree with the program and what its purpose is claimed to be..
I would prefer he takes even higher amounts.. but that the bar is set so that it indicates that it will happen once Shareholder Returns are also at loftier levels than they are after this current 3yr period...
