The performance of 88e aver 3yrs has been NEUTRAL at best..
Hrz downsized while conventional diversification compensating with more prospective albeit at higher risk rates..
So very easily NEUTRAL at best..
Whilst being told about 100 to 200 bagger potential and 3 or so yr Creaming the Curve..
So please do NOT continue with the rhetoric of.. sell up if you dont like it..
Please demand from managenent to starr Creaming the Curve so that the sp is NOT only above 6.3cents over the next 3 yrs.. but multiples higher based on the fabulous underlying assets..
The issue is that the Incentive program is NOT good nor the timing if it.. it should be voted NO NO NO NO NO NO NO.. with no other nasty bits nor pieces..
but simply a "please put forward a more appropriate realistic program which aligns with real shareholders returns (such as continuous sp growth) and looks to be attainable based on underlying related work"...
