Which means it could be true or not and only the interpretation of the information they have at the time.
Icewine 2 was going to flow oil after the drill but further information proved that wrong.
They should have purchased in Eagle Ford instead of Alaska very cheap at that time and only a quarter of the price to drill, big mistake by the experts.
