Spike, I have 2 accounts one(joint) is fine, no problem with access on Monday. Yesterday could not even log on, just keep timing out.

The other is an old account of mine, individual. Tried to reset the password yesterday but again suffered from the timing out issue.

Tried calling, waste of time, just on hold. Tried the live chat, told they couldn't help me and to call.

From what I saw on Monday, with the limited time I had to play, I liked it. Found the charting function much improved.

I read a lot of the traders comments regarding the lack of Chi-X data as a major concern, not for me I don't trade.

Obviously it's a shame they have these issues and I'm sure a lot have lost money. Not sure why the old E-Trade and the CMC platforms couldn't run in parallel for a period, much like Hot Copper are doing.

I'm sure the glitches will be eventually ironed out but they may not have the customer base they bought over enjoying it.

Looking at changing to Belldirect and spoke with them yesterday, they seem to be picking up a lot from ANZ. Pricing is very competitive and best of all, not a bank.
