DB, I reckon best to put items 1&2 into the back of your mind. Until we get and official announcement it's a dream.
If the data room is being viewed by a tier 1, Dave stated he would wait......... we'll be waiting then. If no tier 1 can meet the terms he'll entertain a second tier company........ we'll be waiting then.

The only sure thing, as you mentioned is Winx, that's Feb/March next year, seems the market...... well it will wait as well.
