Maybe, they appear to have plenty of cash already so the reason why they are raising is ???
Also interesting to note they are saying Catalyst still have another $1.80m to spend by next September if they are to retain the 51% interest in Tandarra. Half (approx) that time is no access due to cropping so they will have to get pretty hot and heavy over this summer if they are going to make the sign off.
