That sale of $4 worth at 7c is clear market manipulaion that only an institution would be able to do. If the intention was to bring the price down from 7.4c to buy more at 7c then a order should have been entered soon after , however none was so it was done to force others to hesitate buying higher.
The institutions which own over 44% of ptx and paid higher than current prices are going to play these games to buy more and lower their average price at the expense of other shareholders imo. Im holding out until this rerates .
