    you have to wonder what is going though Paul's mind when he issues shares to buy an interest in China gas?

    We have the cash....so why issue shares?

    And then he says he will buy them back - the dog seems to be chasing his tail all the time

    In this market instos are not interested in companies like LRL unless they make a discovery

    Buy them back now and get rid of the instos that want out, PAUL
