Wot, how can you say the spinoff is a disaster when the IPO isn't listed yet? NVA will still hold 77% of Snow Lake. IMO the spin off was to bring in Canadian investors into the project that's in Canada. Seed money was brought in at .25 a share with warrants @ .30 and another PP was shares @ .35 and warrants @ .45. So when listed, we might see SLR start out at anywhere from .35 to .50 a share.
