NVA as a thread has always been pretty insightful, particularly with wombats research - always kind enough to share for those of us who are too busy.....

Background for me, I have 3 kids, executive job and very time poor - so guys like wombat happy to share his in depth research is very much appreciated. I look forward to making an AGM one day and buying him a beer or coffee (and the other guys adding value to this thread)

We make our own luck in life, if I’m not 100% clear on something, the phone is the best option. I’ve called Avi and Louie on a few occasions, they’re more than happy to take a call and discuss concerns. Holding a few speccie stocks I have to say this management in terms of getting back to me and having a chat are the best. I always sleep well with my investment here, and to me Management and skin in the game is the best indicator of how a business should be valued. To the time wasters paraphrasing the same questions over and over again, pick up the phone and call management. Take responsibility for your own decisions.

My understanding is spin off is a result of poor sentiment on the ASX vs Canadian peers, Estelle very bullish on what they’ll find and buy back as an indicator to market they believe stock was undervalued. That’s a very simplistic view, but seriously NVA was always a pretty informative thread, lately though it’s been filled by a lot of repetitive stuff expecting other people to justify their investment and why they think it should be worth more. If you’re not happy either sell or call management for clarification, but please stop clogging the thread asking the same question 10 different ways and post something of substance
