Dear Paydirt,
Criticisms are addressed to the management so they will not repeat the same mistake in the future in particular related to spin off. The buy back decision is also inappropriate when the company needs cash badly for exploration. The buyback decision contradicts with the requirement for equity funding which has been given by the management to justify the spin off.
