Yes, it is painful. Did the management obtain prior shareholders' approval prior to spin off?
Yes, it may be painful in the future. If new investors want to invest in NVA, the gold project, what is the guarantee that the management will not unilaterally spin off the gold project again in the future? What would be left in NVA in the future? A shelf company without any assets, and only as a holding company of those subsidiary companies?
