Dear Wot,
Based on Appendix 3E lodged on 23 Nov 2019, the company can buy the shares on market at 0.02457 the highest price allowed under ASX rule 7.33. Does the company show any attempt to buy back at 0.022 or 0.023? The answer is NO. The highest bids at 0.022 i.e. 3 bidders are only around 317,000 shares.
