Do you know why the share price has been dropping since the spin off decision? Do you think that spin off was a right decision? If the spin off would increase NVA shareholder value, the share price would have gone up since the spin off instead of going down. Any delay for the IPO of the spin off company on the Canadian Stock Exchange will send a negative signal to the NVA share price. Market is always right.
