In general, the documentation takes time. Lots of to and fro with the regulators. Prospectus documents I have looked at previously are typically well over 150 pages.

NI 43-101 Resource documents can be a similar size. So easily 200 to 300 pages of material can be drafted/prepared, reviewed and then finalised for IPO of mining projects. Although reading the above there may not be a separate NI 43-101 Technical Report at this point in time but some of the technical detail is generally present in a prospectus.
