and thus lies the great potential of NVA, gold as a staple resource and the Li spin-off to benefit off the obvious need for more lithium in the coming decade.
Important to note tony_pana, the spin-off doesn't remove the snow lake entity from Novas holdings or anything. Nova will own a large stake in the spun-off company so the ASX listing will need to include that value. Just that in the short term the TSX-V listing should give the ASX listing a good boost due to peer comparisons (look at Wombats previous comps for info). It also gives NVA some improved agility to operate locally (as well as tax benefits, local support in snow lake etc.).
