- commissioning was due for completion Q4 18, now competing Q2 19, above post
- ramp up was due for completion Q1 19, now completing Q3 19, above post
- nameplate was to start Q2 19, now starting Q4 19, above post
Generally slipping by 6 months due to funding delays ( couldn’t get those 10c oppies in the money )
