At this point, this figure is unknown. All we know is:

- Arte is included from 12th of Feb
- Arte provided 18% of revenues for the Jan-Mar Qtr
- EBITDA was $468k, not included "one-off" costs

From these facts, there's no possible way to determine Arte's annual revenue.

In fact, the only information given about Arte is:
- The Pro-Forma balance sheet post-takeover, shown in the Prospectus
- The Target of 2.2m NPAT for Arte Mobile in FY15, shown in the Investor Presentation dated 28/10/2014

If that NPAT figure is remotely accurate, at 11c per share the company is valued at less than 8* Arte Mobile earnings... That doesn't include cash or other operations.
