Trust at all time low amongst energy retailers. I think this can work in LPE's favour with their marketing strategy. It is quite simple and clever really.
1. Low flat rate, no frills, no hidden costs or conditional discounts
2. All aussie brings a sense of patriotism
3. We do strata only (but will still offer you something if you're not) and do it well. Excluding themselves (mostly) from a sector of the network differentiates them from those big companies who drive the lack of trust. Eg lets customers know...We want you (strata) not them (general households).
