In their forecast profit, they have hid in small print that they have $5m in tax loss credits, so effectively we wont pay tax untill 2021. This will inflate the net profit.
That being said, current price indicates about $2m PA increase in revenue. Current momentum is $4m, and they are expecting an increase in momentum, and decrease in cogs as they borrow instead of fund capital costs for roll outs. If they meet their 4m PA and margins dont move, i expect to see closer to $0.05 per share.
Does anyone know if LPE include their meter charges when comparing to other companies?
