Thank you for your response. Here is a little clarification on the points you mentioned:

1. Regarding the eSim, it is still in the research and development process. Rest assured that any important updates will be sent out to our mailing list. Feel free to sign up for it here: https://investor.flexiroam.com/subscribe

2. As for the expiring data, we do have in app notifications to let you know that your data will be expiring. These notifications start 3 days from the data expiry date. Please ensure that you allow notifications from the Flexiroam X app to receive these reminders.

3. The X2 Beta for Whatsapp applications were opened on the 15th of March 2018 and the project officially went live on the 1st of May. During the launch, we sent out an email blast to our qualifying users. The X2 Beta is only available for qualified users who have signed up for the campaign and have referred more than 10 friends. If you do qualify, could you perhaps check your email in either Promotions or Spam or Junk? Sometimes the emails may be filtered out by the email providers.

4. Flexiroam data is charged on a usage basis and not per hour. Is it possible that you experienced a brief disconnection from your Wi-Fi provider? If not, feel free to contact our support team through email at [email protected] to identify the cause of the deduction in data.
