I don't subscribe to that theory. Yes its "overlooked" by brokers, but so are all micro caps.
At 50c it would be on a market cap of $85M. Last years net profit was approx $4-4.5m and this years will be around that, probably slightly higher. It needs more runs on the board to be valued at $85m, especially in this kind of market.
Let's just focus on increasing sales and profits and the share price will take care of itself.
