If you want stock, buy it on the market.
Worley and their underwriters have been very unlucky, in that the reason for the raising was a good one, but they have been slammed by the market and short sellers who are now salivating at a stock overhang with the underwriters.
There will be a time to buy this cheap. We may be there but there is no rush. It can and may go lower before value pushes it back up.
