Gordon,
Madamswer's most recent posts indicate he still holds and has a buy recommendation. I am not in his league, but the fact he maintains that view despite the recent APRA bombshell provides some comfort to my recent decision to take a punt on IFL despite its onset of warts and the fact I was not very impressed by Mr Kellaher at the RC.
I am trying to work out what the class action lawyers are contemplating. If it is an action on behalf of shareholders who suffered losses on the most recent decline, then I can't see how it can be said the company is responsible for that. All the relevant matters relating to that APRA decision were known as a result of the RC. It is not as if the Company knew in advance of the APRA action and failed to disclose that to the Market.
It is interesting times and my recently acquired holding in IFL at 4.60 provides me with a bit of a needed adrenaline rush, given the fact that most of my other holdings are not exactly excitement machines but do consistently pay dividends.
