At the AGM the Chairman, following a question stated that Chris Kelahar had elected to have his LTI based on a single measure being TSR. Kelahar wanted it this way so that his interest were aligned with shareholders. If the SP does not perform then he misses out on the LTI benefit.
I hope you agree this is a sensible move by the CEO and is showing leadership, something that is lacking in some companies.
