Kelaher was dragged kicking and screaming to appear before the commission.
IOOF weeks earlier had sent a representative to the commission in place of Kelaher and was found to be a lower level muppet that had only been with the company for 2 years and therefor could hardly answer any questions to the satisfaction of the commission. That points to IOOF culture right there.
I'm not a holder of IOOF, never have been and have never seen Kelaher before, but my unbiased opinion of him during his testimony was that he was shifty, arrogant, dismissive, ambivielent, deceptive, untrustworthy and pretty much a snake oil salesman in a suit. And he is the head of this outfit. Culture starts at the top.
