Given costs associated with them, big deals typically have associated break fees to recompense the party impacted by a unilateral decision from the other to pull out. I have not looked at the contract details, but I expect one is or should be there. If so, ANZ might be up for such a payment if the One Path trustee agitates in a way that derails the deal...
