Molly, after working for Worleyparsons for 5 years i defiantly support the removal of ?middle management?. As these 'middle managers' need to do something to justify their existence they tend to create more work for the people under them who should be finding and doing work. So a flatter management style should lead to more accountability and performance.
COF are very competitive and competent in the geosciences field, which is essential in any engineering project, so i think they will be fine once they get their feet back on the ground.
