Would just remind you though that the strong cash position is partly no choice of CCV as the lender wont allow them to use their credit line for the MACC and Auto business at the moment as stated in the results.
This is not a bad thing IMO as it will stop them from wasting cash before the resolution of the class action still outstanding.
My bet would be the lender will have no hesitation to allow the use of funds for anything once the class action is resolved.
Can't imagine them changing the loan conditions with this hanging over their heads.
I still think this has priced a negative result in for the class action already and this could quite easily multibag if we get a favorable result
