Not sure where you're getting your information from @Bear10 but the company and its technology/products are in better shape than what you have described and certainly in far better shape than it was left in by previous management. You and your significant other will be very much aware of those circumstances I'm sure. perhaps with your insight you could enlighten us about how the company churned through over $13M in a little over 12 months with no result.
