Please advise how do you know that Ex Chairman, Chris have spent $1 million on legal to protect his position ?
Do you really know how the Board makes decision. A single chairman or 1 Director can’t make any decision. Majority Directors have to vote/ agree before you make any decision in the Board.

Board must have gotten rid of previous Executives for a valid reason and Board do have right to make that decision, Due to confidentiality issue, Company’s BOD and Mangement is not allowed to disclose this confidential information to public. Also they don’t need any approval from someone on Hotcooper before they terminate someones employment. 

I wonder why you are still worried for the previous Management. Previous Management’s chapter is closed now. MediBio is not someone’s family business, It’s a public listed company and this is the way listed companies operate. You as a shareholder should be worried about your investment and company future.

Just to clarify, I am not here to defend current/ previous management because I don’t have have any personal agenda at all. I am just a shareholder invested my hard earned money into this company and wants to see company success and also the share price to increase.

Company have given opportunity to all existing shareholders to participate in Convertable Notes to average/ minimise your losses.
