There is no proper Market update of Business since 27 Nov 2018. All announcements since November 18 are related to corporate changes/ restructuring or Statuary requirements.

We have 7 Directors and several Executives in the Company. I believe they are the most capable and qualified brains to hold these positions. Shareholders had enough and this is the time to deliver, I would like to see very clear milestones/ targets in the next investor Presentation such as following;
Srategic marketing plan to commercialise CE and TGA cleared product in Australia and UK region (March 19).
Lodgement of 1st product FDA 510 application (March 19).
Response submitted to FDA De Nova Application (April 19).
Quarterly Cashflow Report - Cash Burn under $2 million (April 19).
Lodgement of 2nd product FDA 510 application (May 19).
Agreement with 1st Channel Partner or distributor to market MediBio product in Europe and UK region (May 19).
FDA clearance of 1st product (June 19)
FDA clearance of 2nd product (July 19)
Quarterly Cashflow Report - Cash Burn under $1.2 Million (Jul 19).
Agreement with 2nd Channel Partner or distributor to market MediBio product in Uk and Europe region ( Aug 19).
FDA Clearence of De Nova Application (Aug 19).
so on.....

Also shareholders would like to see a confirmation that no $$ will be spent on Legal and Expensive consultancy fee. Shareholders had enough this is a time to deliver and to make some tough decisions. Just get rid of people who are not performing or contributing.

In addition to above, The milestones and targets are very realistic. I personally know few companies and Management who have achieved such targets. The question is, Are you the right people to take challange and achieve milestones/ targets ????

Dont forget Management and BOD works for shareholders and you all are responsible for every $$ spend and decission.
