Yes you would think they need cash well before the markets are back in business in Feb, but maybe they have it informally already lined up already and they will do it this week.
The add-ons should hopefully be cheap - adding medical transport when you have transport companies already established in a market should not be complex - basically you are just moving the passenger to a hospital or clinic rather than an airport.
The do seem to be speeding up the adding on countries. Look at the pilot locations which I assume will be turned into launches in the new year.
