I also don’t pay much credence to the NAV of Henderson at its current stage of depreciation. It was overcapitalised from the outset, for the top of an endless cycle that now appears a mirage.
$25m revenues p.a at present, lossmaking, market cap 2x revenues. You could make a respectable case for 1x, but probably 1.3 to 1.5x is right for now. IMO.
