Joe mentions we might use the cashin bank from an acquisition to mask Operating cash conversion deficiency. Cash purchased will not be classified as cash from operations in any case. Because of the growth effect on operating cash conversion i mentioned in an earlier post i doubt we will see 100%. I would not expect to anyway so not concerned unless its a total wipe out which i doubt.
