Only 52m are listed in the ASX and tradable.

Undiluted MC is about $14m @$0.19
Fully diluted MC is about $21m @ $0.19

I think the company is fairly valued for its potential and early stage.
Depending on market sentiment and announcements it may actually touch the $0.10 mark, particularly if there are any sort of delays in the product development. SP can also go the other way around if results are positive and published on time.
Current cash will last for about 4 quarters based on estimated spend, so another CR in 8-12 months is inevitable due to the early stage of development/commercialisation of their products.
