If management can show confidence by buying in market, that will translate well in market. Especially if they can see that value is there to be made. Unlike alluded by estate09, this isn't options dumping but small volume sells. Bots involved as well. Instinet still playing around. They are servicing their NA clients for this.

I have a buy orders waiting and in some aspect hoping it doesn't get hit because that'll mean another drop down. But reality is, they are looking cheap. Need to reverse trend. Management can do something about this.
