This is a great acquisition, MM is a fast growing and valuable addition to Swift. With Swift being in a position of cash flow to allow the reinforcing of their brand by adding this company it delivers an increasingly broad overall product range.
This is how successful companies diversify and gain market share, overall, by developing a successful model and then over time adding external sources under the overall umbrella of their brand.
