Wow - that's a pretty big deal.
If I am reading this correctly, with the performance shares, this will double the amount of shares on issue - and it will enable us to rapidly enter upscale our advertising revenues.
Paid in script - with the shares issued around 30 cents each.
I couldn't find any revenue or EBITDA numbers for Medical Media, but it sounds like they are expecting revenues of around $10m pa?
What's everyone's thoughts on this deal?
