900k of cash was invested into the business in the HY, so stating that the cash balance is down by 300k isn't quite accurate. IF OCF was negative I would be worried.
My concern is that I can't see the stimulus for a re-rating... Just one contract win, or proof that this technology has an advantage over competitors would be enough...
Hopefully in a year things will be clearer.
