Looks like a less complex product sale than big tin can hub which has always had an element of organisational redesign to bed in HUB
Alignment with sales force is good and further adds credence to the existing relationship
Big Tim can initially started out more intranet based so this appears to give them a revenue stream that can then be cross sold into the sales channel with the hub product. Effectively bought a client list they can mine
Overall looks pretty good
