I'm relieved the CR is at 35 cents, which hopefully ensures the SP won't tank. Did they explain why they are raising as much as $15m when based on the earlier posts the initial cash requirements are not particularly significant and (I thought) could have been met out of existing funds. I presume they have a purpose in mind for the excess of funds raised.
