- $15 million cap raise at 35 cents.. Looking for institutional and sophisticated investors to participate.
- Will/May be a retail investor SPP at the end
- looking to acquire tech company Zumos
- Zumos is a - micro learning tech for mobile devices
- They said has roughly $3 million in revenue
- complements BTH
- customer base including American Airlines and Telstra
Bout all I got from it. Sounds like they are bit light on details, as still doing due diligence
