Yeah no complaints nor surprises here once I got a gauge of sentiment.
Regarding a medium and longer term assessment however would like more details around the pro forma EPS figures. I found the information pack a bit vague on those details which is unfortunate given the fact that AFW UK has been carved from a much wider group of assets and therefore difficult to determine through AFWs books.
That said, from what information is available AFW UK appears to be a quality asset and has been bought from what appears to be a decent price. Difficult to say for sure given the available information.
Would be good to know how conservative the estimates are that make the accretive EPS figures.
Happy to be steered to some more details if anyone has any.
