Why didn't WOR borrow the money? Loans in Europe available at 2% or even less. Could it be that banks unwilling to see debt increase? Deal gives WOR more exposure to maintenance contracts which bring repeat business but with lower margins than construction which remains very slow/sparse. I'm in a game reseserve in Africa and connection is too slow to read full presentation but summary will suffice.
10% more shares to spread earnings across will keep ratios very stretched. I expect SP to fall and meet issue price ($13) at a minimum. May take several days. discl: short at $13.04av.
