Is the expectation of flat-to-positive based on the assumption that expected earnings accretion will generate bullish forces, despite the dilutive impact.
Mechanically this offering is dulutive so in order to be flat or up there would have to be significant faith in this strategy.
Has anyone had a chance to validate the earnings expectations post-merger?
