Except that thesis has been proven to be patently wrong.
Because the stock has increased four-fold in value over the 20-month period that you yourself reference, during which time the "macro environment" was woeful and there were negligible "contracts won" by WOR.
I can't imagine how much you lost over the past 12 months by slavishly following your flawed thesis.
The market is a forward-looking beast when it comes to the way it values deeply cyclical businesses such as this.
You need to think prospectively, instead of being stuck in the here-and-now, as you have been. To your financial peril.
