Good point re Harvey. Nevertheless, Wor's metrics are very high and capex worldwide is still a long way from where it was several yrs ago. DAR is a civil engineer with resume of massive hospital projects, universities etc and lacks WOR's expertise in hydrocarbons, chemicals etc. But DAR too is dependent on a high oil price as its clients i.e. M.Eastern govts are almost totally reliant on energy sales. Hence, hard to see DAR having the money to do a full TO. Increased my shorts today and now hold at $12.88av.
