I've just submitted my vote against the remuneration.... and will definitely be attending... My eyes are still spinning around on how a company with a share price of 2.52, 2 years ago now trading at 70c is a good news and the following extract made me choke on my cornflakes.
"As stated above the overall objective of the Board’s remuneration policy is to ensure maximum shareholder benefit from the retention of a quality Board and Executive team and to assist in achieving this objective by linking executive rewards to the Group’s financial and operational performance."
