I haven’t done detailed DD on this. The numbers look promising but the valuation at about 10x price/sales is steep already.
If there is some reason you think revenue growth may accelerate in near future (eg acquisitions once cashflow positive) then could be cheap. If there is bad news or a general market shock or an institutional sell-down and the price drops could also get interesting.
Due to significant rises in my equity portfolio over the last 12 months and the prospect of a cycle of rising interest rates, I am really not looking to buy anything unless the valuation is amazing. The valuation here does not look amazing (eg compared to Xero for which I am personally much more sure of its prospects given I have held for a couple of years already), so would pass for now- doesn’t mean it’s a bad investment. PS -Has been on my watchlist for some time.
